Saturday, September 29 from 10am - 5pm

Check-in and Artist Registration

You must check in before setting up your booth. All Artists will register, with photo ID, at the Gateway Building located at the intersection of Hamilton and Water Street (220 NE Water Street). We will go over fair details and parking at that time.

Booth Spaces

Booth spaces are 10' wide and 12' deep. Your tent or canopy must be white and 10' x 10'; artists are responsible for supplying all the necessary items for set up. Only sand bags and other weights may be used to secure the tents since they are on paved surfaces. Any damage to park grounds from the installation of a tent is the artist's responsibility. Occasionally, the Riverfront is very windy. Please bring extra weights just in case.

All artists needing electricity must have submitted a request in advance via Zapp and paid the $20 fee. Those using electricity need to bring a long extension cord.

The Peoria Art Guild will be providing security 7pm Friday until 7am Saturday and 5pm Saturday to 7am Sunday. Although security will be present, The Peoria Art Guild and the Peoria Park District are not responsible for any property that is damaged, lost, or stolen.

Free Tai Chi on Sunday Morning

Sunday morning from 9-9:30, Peoria Park Districts's Jan Bishop will volunteer her time to offer this free and relaxing experience to start your morning.

Friday Night Artist Party

Complimentary pizza and beer (and non-alcoholic beverages) for artists will be provided by the music stage (onsite) from 5 to 7pm.

Light Lunch

One complimentary lunch will be delivered to each booth on both Saturday and Sunday by our fantastic volunteers. Please submit your lunch selection by September 10th. All lunches come as ordered, no variations or substitutions. Additional lunches will be available for purchase at our food vendors. Water and coffee for artists will be provided in the Artists Break Room.
