Check-in and Artist Registration
You must check in before setting up your booth. All Artists will register, with photo ID, at the Gateway Building located at the intersection of Hamilton and Water Street (220 NE Water Street). We will go over fair details and parking at that time. This year we are implementing a text alert system to better communicate with our artists. We will be collecting your cell phone numbers at check in.
Booth Spaces
Booth spaces are 10' wide and 12' deep. Your tent or canopy must be white and 10' x 10'; artists are responsible for supplying all the necessary items for set up. Only sand bags and other weights may be used to secure the tents since they are on paved surfaces. Any damage to park grounds from the installation of a tent is the artist's responsibility. Occasionally, the Riverfront is very windy. Please bring extra weights just in case.
Electricity
Electricity will be furnished for you. You will need to bring extension cords and lights for the Friday night event.
Security
The Peoria Art Guild will be providing security 7pm Friday until 7am Saturday and 5pm Saturday to 7am Sunday. Although security will be present, The Peoria Art Guild and the Peoria Park District are not responsible for any property that is damaged, lost, or stolen.
Friday Night Artist Party
Complimentary pizza and beer (and non-alcoholic beverages) for artists will be provided by the music stage (onsite) from 4 to 5pm.
Light Lunch
One complimentary lunch will be delivered to each booth on both Saturday and Sunday by our fantastic volunteers. Please submit your lunch selection by September 10th.
