"The newly formed Peoria Guild of Black Artists is excited to have its premiere exhibition at the Peoria Art Guild. A group of early career Black artists and creatives, the group aims to uplift, support, and make space for Black voices within Peoria's art community. This exhibition will be a collection of new works by members of PGOBA and will include a variety of mediums. We will be hosting a First Friday on October 2, 2020, allowing only 20 people in the gallery per 30 minutes. Within the calendar each person will sign up for a slot and be allowed to enter the gallery to see the exhibit. If you come early you may be asked to wait before entering. We will be following the social distancing guidelines that are recommended at the time of the event. Masks will be required so please bring one with you. This will be a little different for us so please be patient with us. We are happy to be able have our doors open in some fashion!
If you sign up between 5-5:30 you can show up at 5:00 and stay for up to 30 minutes. etc...
