Pysanky Workshop

Explore the art of pysanky - wax batik on eggshell. In this class, we will apply layers of wax and dye to create a pattern known as wedding circles.  This pattern replicates a common quilt pattern with overlapping circles and other design elements.

We are committed to the health and safety of students, instructors and patrons, Our organization will be following recommended guidelines from the Illinois Department of Public Health: Anyone exhibiting symptoms will not be permitted in the building. Class sizes will be limited and workstations set up to allow 6 ft social distance between students and instructors. Masks are required for everyone. Each classroom will contain hand sanitizer and sanitizing stations. 

All classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Students will be notified of class cancellation by 2 pm the day before class. Students can either retain a credit toward a future class or receive a full refund in 3-5 business days.
