Intro to Watercolors

In this beginner watercolor class, you learn the very basics of how to get pigment on paper, understand how watercolor paint works, explore the different types of paper, brushes, and create at least one painting per class. Throughout the course of six weeks, you do introductory drawing lessons, value sketches, still life paintings, and do various studies on how to paint different types of objects. By the last day of class, you should feel comfortable painting and drawing things you see, and hopefully, you find that you have a new found love of a beautiful artistic medium!
