Coursestorm is a class registration and management software that streamlines enrollment with features like online registration, payment plans, roster management, and allows our instructors to easily get in contact with their students.
Coursestorm contains our most up to date class listings.
-
As of 2026, the Peoria Art Guild offers weekly payment plans through Coursestorm. Coursestorm is our class registration website, and allows us to offer payment plans.
Payment plans differ class to class, but all using the same calculation:
Cost of class / amount of class weeks - down payment = Weekly payment! -
If you miss a payment towards your payment plan, you will get an automated email from Coursestorm letting you know your payment failed to process.
If payment has not been updated within 24 hours of your next payment, a Peoria Art Guild staff member will personally reach out to better understand the situation.
If Peoria Art Guild is unable to contact the student by the next class period, the student can not attend class until they have provided payment or communicated their issue with a Guild staff member.
-
Intermediate-level classes are open to students who have completed the corresponding beginner-level course.
If you have prior experience in the specific medium, you’re welcome to reach out to the class instructor for approval. You can also contact the program coordinator who can connect with the instructor on your behalf.
-
If a class does not meet minimum enrollment, registered students will be contacted and offered once of the following options:
Transfer to another class date or time, when available. In some cases, learning levels may be combined to keep classes running.
Receive class credit to use towards a future Peoria Art Guild class. Credits never expire.
Receive a refund.

Whether illness or emergency, we understand the unexpected can happen. While we are unable to offer make-up classes, students are welcome to continue attending the remaining classes in the series.
Instructors may provide general guidance or handouts when available. We encourage students to connect with classmates and practice independently to stay engaged with the course.
Contact the Program Coordinator at deicideh@peoriaartguild.org to let us know about upcoming absences.
