Below you’ll find answers to common questions about Peoria Art Guild classes and workshops.

If a class does not meet minimum enrollment within five business days of the start date, registered students will be contacted and offered once of the following options:
Transfer to another class date or time, when available. In some cases, learning levels may be combined to keep classes running.
Receive a refund, minus processing fees. Coursestorm registrations include a 6% platform fee and 3% credit card fee. Website orders will receive a full refund.
Receive class credit to use towards a future Peoria Art Guild class. Credits never expire.

Intermediate-level classes are open to students who have completed the corresponding beginner-level course.
If you have prior experience in the specific medium, you’re welcome to reach out to the class instructor for approval. You can also contact the program coordinator who can connect with the instructor on your behalf.

Whether illness or emergency, we understand the unexpected can happen. While we are unable to offer make-up classes, students are welcome to continue attending the remaining classes in the series.
Instructors may provide general guidance or handouts when available. We encourage students to connect with classmates and practice independently to stay engaged with the course.
