Browse this page to find information about how to apply for the Peoria Fine Art Fair, on our jury process, or what to expect as a participating artist. We have featured hundreds of artists throughout the past 50 years and are always humbled by the compliments given by our artists, sponsors, community, volunteers, local businesses and attendees.

Event Summary

56th Annual Peoria Art Guild Fine Art Fair — September 28-30, 2018

It's our 56th year for bringing original art to central Illinois and we want you to be a part of the celebration! As one of the oldest art organizations in the country, the Peoria Art Guild Fine Art Fair is nationally recognized for its organization, event marketing, and for putting artists' needs at the top of the priority list. We offer affordable hotel rates, convenient artist parking, coffee/rolls each morning, boxed lunches, Friday night homemade pizza party, snacks in the Artist Break Room, cold bottled water on demand, and 500+ volunteers to take care of any artist need. We've added a Friday night event to bring in more and diverse art patrons. Stay tuned!

  • Regular booth $275
  • Corner booth $350
  • Double booth $750 (limit 5; first come, first served)
  • Electricity $20

Mediums: Original works include — ceramics, digital art, drawings/pastels, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, 2D mixed media, 3D mixed media, metal, painting: oils & acrylics, painting: watercolor, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wearable fiber and wood.

Important Dates

February 5, 2018: Applications open

May 4,2018: Application deadline

June 1, 2018: Jury notification e-mailed

July 6, 2018: Deadline for payment of booth fees and acceptance forms

August 1, 2018: Last day for a booth fee refund (less $25 administrative fee)

August 24, 2018: Booth assignments emailed to accepted artists

September 28, 2018: set up 10am -5pm

September 28, 2018: Fine Art Fair: 6pm - 10pm

September 29, 2018: Fine Art Fair: 10am - 5pm

September 30, 2018: Fine Art Fair: 10am -3pm


Application/Jury Fee: $35  ($10 discount for Peoria Art Guild Members)

Booth Fee: Regular space $275 / Corner space: $350 / Double Booth: $750 (limited 5)

Electricity: $20

  • Booth fee and signed release forms are due July 6, 2018.
  • Corners and Double Booths are limited and will be assigned based on payment dates.

Booth Fee Refunds: $25 administrative fee for all cancellations prior to August 1, 2018. No refunds after August 1, 2018.
