Browse this page to find information about how to apply for the Peoria Fine Art Fair, on our jury process, or what to expect as a participating artist. We have featured hundreds of artists throughout the past 56 years and are always humbled by the compliments given by our artists, sponsors, community, volunteers, local businesses and attendees.

Event Summary

57th Annual Peoria Art Guild Fine Art Fair — September 27-29, 2019

It's our 57th year for bringing original art to central Illinois and we want you to be a part of the celebration! As one of the oldest art organizations in the country, the Peoria Art Guild Fine Art Fair is nationally recognized for its organization, event marketing, and for putting artists' needs at the top of the priority list. We offer affordable hotel rates, convenient artist parking, coffee/rolls each morning, boxed lunches, Friday night homemade pizza party, snacks in the Artist Break Room, cold bottled water on demand, and 200+ volunteers to take care of any artist need.

Booth fees

  • Regular booth $300

  • Corner booth $380

  • Double booth $750 (limit 5; first come, first served)

  • Included

Mediums: Original works include — ceramics, digital art, drawings/pastels, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, 2D mixed media, 3D mixed media, metal, painting: oils & acrylics, painting: watercolor, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wearable fiber and wood.

  • Best of Show: $3,000

  • 3 Awards of Excellence $1,000

  • All award winners are invited to return to the 2020 Fine Art Fair

$20,000+ marketing campaign including social media, TV, radio, newspaper, digital and poster billboards.

January 25, 2019: Applications open
May 19, 2019: Application deadline
June 1, 2019: Jury notification e-mailed
July 7, 2019: Deadline for payment of booth fees and acceptance forms
August 8, 2019: Last day for a booth fee refund (less $25 administrative fee)
August 24, 2019: Booth assignments emailed to accepted artists

Application/Jury Fee: $35  ($10 discount for Peoria Art Guild Members)

Booth Fee: Regular space $300 / Corner space: $380 / Double Booth: $750 (limited 5)

Electricity: Included

  • Booth fee and signed release forms are due July 7, 2019.

  • Corners and Double Booths are limited and will be assigned based on payment dates.
