Browse this page to find information about how to apply for the Peoria Fine Art Fair, on our jury process, or what to expect as a participating artist. We have featured hundreds of artists throughout the past 62 years and are always humbled by the compliments given by our artists, sponsors, community, volunteers, local businesses and attendees.

Event Summary
61st Annual Peoria Art Guild Fine Art Fair — September 23-24, 2023
It's our 61st year for bringing original art to Central Illinois and we want you to be a part of the celebration! As one of the oldest art organizations in the country, the Peoria Art Guild Fine Art Fair is nationally recognized for its organization, event marketing, and for putting artists' needs at the top of the priority list. We offer affordable hotel rates, convenient artist parking, coffee/rolls each morning, boxed lunches, Friday night homemade pizza party, snacks in the Artist Break Room, cold bottled water on demand, and 200+ volunteers to take care of any artist need.

Booth fees
Regular booth $350
Corner booth $425
Double booth $800 (limit 5; first come, first served)
Electricity - $35 for the weekend
Mediums: Original works include — ceramics, digital art, drawings/pastels, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, 2D mixed media, 3D mixed media, metal, painting: oils & acrylics, painting: watercolor, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wearable fiber and wood.

June 22, 2023: Jury notification e-mailed
July 30, 2023: Deadline for payment of booth fees and acceptance forms
August 1, 20232: Last day for a booth fee refund (less $25 administrative fee)
August 31, 2023: Booth assignments emailed to accepted artists
On-Site Dates:

Saturday, September 23, 2023: Fine Art Fair: 10 am - 5 pm

Fees
Application/Jury Fee: $35 ($10 discount for Peoria Art Guild Members)
Booth Fee: Regular space $350 / Corner space: $425 / Double Booth: $800 (limited 5)
Electricity: $35 for the weekend
Corners and Double Booths are limited and will be assigned based on payment dates.
